Ashley was delivered two months earlier in the same month, and she only weighed 2 pounds 8 ounces. In ICU she stayed for an entire month. It was announced to her parents at the time of the Christmas Day that she was going to undergo the procedure for her heart. Christmas Day brought answers to the prayers of her parents when doctors advised her parents she was born with a closed-up heart. Ashley did not require any surgery. Her stay in hospital lasted 2 months. She weigh 4 1/2 pounds after she returned home. Her health has improved since! Her father is English-German. Her mother's family originates from Ireland. She made her acting debut in a 2002 Salon Surprise Barbie Doll commercial. Ashley was then scouted at age 8 by the Ford Modeling Agency. Ashley has worked steadily for The Ford Modeling Agency for many years. At the age of 10 Ashley decided to go into acting. Ashley began her professional career in 35 commercials, and then moved into theatre roles. Ashley was able to find her calling. Ashley's main focus was acting. It was a little difficult to find time to dance or modeling. Ashley's most recent role is "Hanna Marin" in ABC's Pretty Little Liars (2010). Ashley was a guest on the music video "True Love" from Romeo Miller, aka Lil Romeo and Solange. Britney Spears was her co-star in a Vogue Magazine photoshoot. The singer is featured in the NLT's music video "That Girl".
