Ashley was born two months early and weighed 2 pounds, 8 ounces. She remained in ICU for about a month. It was announced to her parents on December 25th, Day that she had to undergo heart surgery. Her parents' prayers were answered on Christmas Day when they went to the doctors and learned that Ashley's artery was shut. Ashley was never in need of any operations. She weighed 4 1/2 pounds. Ashley was discharged following two stays in hospital. She is now healthy. Her father's heritage is English as well as German. Her Irish mother's family comes from. In 2002, she made her debut in a commercial to promote the Salon Surprise Barbie Doll. Ashley was then 8 years old and was pursued by Ford Modeling Agency. As of today Ashley is still working in the print industry. When she was just 10 years old when she was 10, she realized that acting was what she wanted. Ashley was in the cast of 35 commercials. After that, she progressed into roles for the stage. Ashley now has a passion for acting. Ashley committed all her energy for acting and no longer was able to find time modeling or dancing. Ashley's most recent role is "Hanna Marin" in ABC Family's Pretty Little Liars (2010). Ashley was a guest on the music video of "True love" from Romeo Miller, aka Lil Romeo and Solange. She did a photo shoot together with Britney Spears for Vogue Magazine. She is in NLT's music video "That Girl".
